Order processing & dispatch
Orders are processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours of order confirmation (business days). You will receive a confirmation email with the courier name and tracking details as soon as your order ships.
Shipping charges
We offer FREE shipping across India on all orders — there are no shipping, handling, or COD charges added at checkout. All prices on the store are inclusive of GST, so the price you see is the final price you pay.
Delivery timeline
After dispatch, estimated delivery times are:
- Metro cities (Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, Pune, Ahmedabad): 2–4 business days
- Rest of India: 3–7 business days
- Remote areas, North-East India, J&K, and island territories: 7–10 business days
In total, most orders are delivered within 3–9 business days of being placed (24–48 hour processing + courier transit). These timelines are estimates; occasional delays can occur due to courier load, weather, or public holidays. If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, contact us and we will chase it with the courier immediately.
Order tracking
Every shipment is trackable. Your tracking link is emailed on dispatch, and you can also message us on WhatsApp at any time for a live status update.
Payment options
We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD) on eligible orders.
Damaged in transit
If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the outer package and the product, and we will arrange a replacement as per our Return & Refund Policy.
